Privacy

TraceSniff stores all data ONLY on your device. No account, no cloud, no tracking, no ads, no analytics. We do not collect, sell or share personal data. Purchases are one-time and handled by Apple; we never see payment details.

Network calls the app makes

TraceSniff never uploads your photo. The reverse-image search buttons open Google Lens or TinEye in your browser so you can add an image yourself, and Apple Maps tiles load only when you view a GPS-tagged photo's location. The forensic analysis itself is fully on-device.

• The verdict is a provenance assessment, not a fake/real verdict or court-grade proof. On-device tools can't reliably detect AI on stripped social-media images, and TraceSniff says so.
• No image is ever uploaded.

Deletion

Delete the app and all its data is gone — it only ever existed on your device.
